A heartwarming surprise unfolded at Bishop Airport in Flint, Michigan, when a 10-year-old boy named Johnny decided to give his soldier dad, Ryan Bloomingdale, the welcome home of a lifetime. Ryan, a 45-year-old sergeant with the United States Army, had just completed a 47-day separation from his family due to a leadership course. Little did he know that his son had something special planned for his arrival.
Johnny had received a soldier’s outfit as a Christmas gift from Ryan and decided to wear the matching army uniform to surprise his dad.
